Let Your Worries Be ‘Gone’ With Arkansas Duo Rightfield
In a song whose sound is inspired by the limitations of being a musician during the lock down, Rightfield brings about a soothing introspective feeling by going back to the raw acoustic sound that once held a strong presence in the country music scene.
Rightfield is a duo group from Arkansas comprised of two old friends, Jack Blocker and Reed Hoelscher. The duo incorporated the hauntingly beautiful sounds of Steve Palousek’s pedal steel guitar, giving the track a powerful ethereal undertone. The music video just like the song speaks to the ‘acoustic’ reality many were left with when society shut down for months on end with both artists playing their music to the backdrop of an oil derrick on an ol’ dirt road. Watch and listen to ‘Gone’ above.
