Welcome to Neon Dreams’ Melodic “House Party”

Halifax alt-pop duo Neon Dreams returns with another heart-melting Pop Rock single « House Party », filled with melancholic melodies and oscillating between lethargic verses and a bouncy Hook. Indeed, the production showcases a heavy vocal charisma on a trendy, rich and catchy instrumental. The topic exhort on conquering one's insecurities and asserting one's personality anywhere. This is truly a song that will inspire you and brighten your day.
Moreover, about the song, vocalist Frank Cadillac shares:
“When I was a teenager, experiencing party culture for the first time, I wouldn’t really say anything and would just sit with my thoughts. But at house parties I’d meet these weird people like me, and we’d have these great conversations. I remember having this conversation with a girl about life, and we started joking about hangovers and how much we hate them. She said, ‘hangovers are just borrowing from the happiness of tomorrow, and that’s why the next day always sucks.’ I thought that would be a great place to start the video series, at a house party, because that’s where I started thinking bigger. These little things in life can change your perspective, and I have a lot of those. I’ll never forget that moment. The song’s about wanting to feel accepted and yearning to be like the carefree people at the party. The person smiling over there—I never smile, I lost my smile—and I want to get back to that place. When I was a teenager I realized I needed to learn how to get myself to the place I wanted to be, because I felt way too insecure for what I wanted to become.”
