UK Trio Lycio Let You Know That Sometimes It’s Okay To Be “Alone”
With their latest track entitled “Alone”, the band Lycio is kind of making a statement, given their independent and self-sufficient status in the music industry.
Indeed, applying a DIY approach in their music journey — which imply to write, record, mix and mastered their music themselves, the UK Electro Hybrid trio was able to shape its sound following its own perspective. In other words, the single “Alone” reflects that unique and intriguing musical insight. Regarding the lyrics, the group shares:
“Alone is a song that really mirrors my own personal growth. You know you’re growing up when you’re able to feel at peace in your own company and being single. I’d say this song is an anthem for those who are at the same point in their journeys to sack off the pressure we often feel to be in a relationship. After all, who really needs a boyfriend?”
