Hawaii-Based Artist Coty Recruits Artist Notrl To Write An Ode To His Girlfriend “4U”
In the comfort of his bedroom, equipped with his melodic ideas and lyrical dexterity, the Hawaii-based singer-songwriter-producer Coty concocts a refined production, entitled "4U", in which he invites his long-time friend and collaborator Notrl. The track presents a mix of refined sound ingredients, inspired by Pop and Soul music, to give a well-balanced versatile musical universe.
Moreover, the lyrical perspective of the track displays an ode to Coty’s girlfriend. And the artist actually explains it in his own words, saying:
“It's actually about my girlfriend, but really I just want to make music that people my age can relate to, or can at least vibe with. 4U quite literally means "for you," the listener of the song, but the lyrical content of course, is for my girl.”
