At the beginning of the clip the interpreter of "I Mean It" wakes up in the middle of garbage, the face full of bruises. Visibly disoriented, the he seems to wake up from a particularly hectic evening. We find him then embodying different characters, all sporting a serious penchant for alcohol. It is only at the end of the clip that the artist returns to the sequence of decisions that earned him this unusual awakening.
