Montreal Singer Sara Diamond gets Her Break-Up ‘W’ With “Happy With Me”

There’s no doubt that Sara Diamond has a golden voice, which plunges into her glamorous, diamond-studded world. Indeed, her unique sonic style, combining R&B and indie pop sounds, sets the Montreal singer apart, earning her a music connoisseur's badge.

This is certainly the case with her latest track "Happy With Me" — from her latest album “SaraX”, in which the young Canadian singer's vocal sensuality is clearly felt. In the song, she addresses the subject of heartbreak, albeit in a context that is both victorious and sassy, in the sense that the opposing side is struggling to close the chapter.

This makes sense, given that, during the songwriting, young Sara was coming out of a break-up and was still feeling bitter — especially since she’s the one who was dumped. In other words, her ex has probably moved on and this fictional lyrical style is a way for Sarah to get her ‘W’. Stream below.
